Profiles in Internship - Andrew Goldberg

Updated: Jul 23, 2022

Andrew Goldberg, Rising Senior at Branham High School, San Jose, CA.

It was great to have Andrew as a teacher and an Intern at Evodyne Robotics during our Summer Program 2022. Andrew is an expert in CAD modeling, and he helped us out by teaching our 3D Design & 3D Printing course, while also helping students with their advanced robotics projects including the AI Enabled Robotic Arm and Programmable Quadruped Robotic Dog.

"I absolutely loved my experience as a summer intern at Evodyne Robotics. I got to choose projects I wanted to work on in both CAD and software. I also got to be the head teacher for the 3D printing course. Teaching forced me to more rigorously learn Fusion360 and I’m thankful for the knowledge I gained from that experience. I wrote code for both the EvoDog and EvoStinger robots, integrating WiFi and a new UI. I also redesigned parts, optimizing them for 3D printing. Through this, I learned a lot about software development and Arduino. I’m very grateful for my experience at Evodyne Robotics, and I can’t think of a better way to have spent my summer".
